Travel Insurance

• Medical expenses for acute illnesses and emergency dental care abroad;
• Repatriation due to medical reasons;
• Repatriation of mortal remains or burial expenses if the Insured person dies abroad;
• Damage, loss, or theft of personal baggage;
• Expenses due to delayed baggage delivery abroad;
• Expenses incurred due to trip interruption abroad;
• Costs for early return to home country;
• Expenses for continuing travel abroad;
• Costs for mandatory extension of stay abroad;
• Search and rescue expenses abroad;
• Personal liability coverage abroad;
• Compensation for permanent disability due to an accident abroad;
• Compensation for death due to an accident abroad;

• Events caused intentionally or due to gross negligence by the insured;
• Attempted suicide or suicide of the insured;
• Health conditions that have occurred or are expected to occur at the time of the insurance agreement or at the start of the trip;
• Events arising as a result of the consumption of alcohol, drugs, medication, or due to the delay of prescribed therapy;
• Events linked directly or indirectly to riots, military actions, terrorism of any kind, natural disasters, environmental impacts, earthquakes;
• Events occurring as a result of epidemics and pandemics; coverage for COVID-19 is available;
• Events caused by the authorities' regulations.

1. Europe, Mediterranean countries, Canary Islands, Madeira, and the Russian Federation - when a country from Europe is selected;
2. Worldwide including the USA and Canada - when the "Worldwide incl. USA and Canada" scope is selected;
3. Worldwide excluding the USA and Canada - when the "Worldwide excl. USA and Canada" scope is selected;

However, there are some exceptions:

• Coverage or assistance is not provided within Bulgaria, as the insurance is intended for international travel.
• No coverage or assistance is provided in countries where active military actions are taking place or in countries that are listed as excluded by the insurer, such as North Korea.
