To create the assessment, we use an innovative algorithm based on artificial intelligence, which, by analyzing the received data, looks for correlations between your characteristics and those of real borrowers with data regarding the regularity of their loan repayments. The algorithm cannot give a definitive answer as to whether a person will pay regularly or not, but based on the collected statistical information about other people with similar characteristics, it measures the likelihood of this happening and accordingly the likelihood of receiving credit offers based on this assessment. The credit rating is calculated in points and ranges from 1 to 1000 points. Accordingly, the higher the rating, the greater the likelihood that banks and/or non-banking financial institutions will offer you more and better deals.

By assessing creditworthiness, significant weight is given to: Credit History: Generally speaking, your credit history is your credit file. It contains information about granted credits and the regularity of their service. Information is submitted monthly by the lending institutions to the Central Credit Register at the Bulgarian National Bank. It is important to strive to maintain a "clean" credit history, as it is kept for 5 years and deteriorating it greatly reduces the chances of obtaining credit. Debt-to-Income Ratio: The acceptable debt-to-income ratio is often around 40%, meaning that the sum of monthly loan installments should not exceed 40% of the net income. Remaining Net Income: A necessary condition for granting credit is that the family income is high enough so that, after deducting all monthly payments, a certain amount remains for each household member.
