How is your individual coefficient calculated?

Your individual coefficient is important because it helps determine the size of your pension. Here is how it is calculated:

• Income Ratio: We take all your monthly incomes and compare them with the average income in the country for the same month.
• Working Days Ratio: We take the number of days you have been insured in the month and compare it to the total number of working days for the month.
• Calculation: The sum of all income ratios is divided by the sum of all working day ratios for the calculated months.

How is your insurance experience calculated according to the Social Security Code?

Your labor under different conditions is transformed into insurance experience in a special way to reflect in the calculation of your pension:

• Transformation: If you have worked in conditions of first or second category labor, this period is converted into third category labor.
• Coefficient: Each year and month of your employment period is multiplied by a coefficient of 1.2 to obtain your total insurance experience time.
