By clicking the "Submit Request" button, our functional chatbot will start and ask questions related to the parameters of the property you are interested in, the purpose of the loan—whether it is for refinancing or purchasing a new property (finished or under construction), as well as details about your assets, financial situation, and family status. Based on your answers, we will send your request to the most suitable banks, so we can gather and offer you the most appropriate and favorable deals.

Since our service is entirely electronic, you will need a qualified electronic signature (QES) to submit the application. The qualified electronic signature is fully equivalent to a handwritten signature on a paper document. We offer a service provided by our trusted partner, Eurotrust, a certified provider of certification services, for issuing the QES. To obtain a qualified electronic signature certificate, you will need to identify yourself. The entire identification process takes 2-3 minutes, and you will only need your ID card, a mobile phone with a functioning front camera, and internet access to complete it.

Please note that once you have a qualified electronic signature and electronic identity, they will allow you not only to sign various documents electronically but also to access a wide range of administrative services, including those provided by regional and municipal administrations (via the secure electronic delivery system), the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) (for obtaining a personal identification code), and others. The validity of the QES issued through us is two years. On crediport.bg, you can use it entirely for free to sign insurance policies, declarations, contracts, and applications.

Once you complete the loan application, based on the provided parameters, we will send it to the most suitable lenders for evaluation. Additionally, at the same time, we will create a profile in the CREDiPORT client portal. In your profile, you can track the status of your applications, ask any questions, and receive and send documents related to the property you wish to purchase and the upcoming transaction.

Through your profile, you can track the entire history related to the loan application and approval process.

Access to your profile is granted by sending a text message (SMS) to the phone number you provided in the application, containing a link to log into the platform.

Once you log into your profile, you will find a list of documents you will need for the transaction. For your convenience, we also provide links to the pages where you can obtain them electronically.

After receiving the first offer, we will upload it to your profile in the client portal and notify you via SMS. For all subsequent offers, as well as for message or document exchanges, we will notify you by email to the address you provided.

We will compare the parameters of all received offers for you, so you can easily orient yourself and make an informed choice. We are always available for consultations and additional questions, both through the client portal and by phone, as listed on the website.

Once you select the offer that suits you best, we will inform the respective lender, who will review your request and, if deemed suitable, will give you preliminary approval.

Our associate or a representative of the lender will contact you through the platform or by phone to clarify what documents need to be provided. Most documents can be issued with an electronic signature, and you can request them using the already issued qualified electronic signature. After providing all the necessary documents, including a market/expert appraisal of the property (prepared by a licensed appraiser approved by the lending bank), the lender will carefully assess whether and what amount can be granted. It is important to note that the loan amount is up to 90% (typically 80%-85%) of the appraised value of the property.
