Security and registration
CREDIPORT AD is entered in the register of credit intermediaries kept by the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB). Insurance is arranged through its sister company CREDIPORT INS EOOD, an insurance broker in the register of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).

Financial Supervision Commission
Certificate No. 620CREDIPORT INS EOOD is an insurance broker entered in the FSC register with registration certificate No. 620 of 11 July 2019. It works with insurers licensed for Bulgaria.

How we keep your data safe
What we do with what you fill in on the application.
Under the GDPR
We process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act. The details are in the personal data policy.
Encrypted connection
The site and its forms work only over HTTPS. What you fill in never travels over an unencrypted connection.
How long we keep them
We keep your name and contact details for as long as you have a my CREDiPORT profile. Insurance data is kept for up to five years after the contract ends, and the data needed for tax purposes for 10 years.
Who we share it with
Only to the lenders or insurers you consented to in the application.

The connection is encrypted
Your application travels to us over HTTPS.

Only to registered partners you have consented to.

The offers come from them. Whether you accept one is up to you.

Right of access
You can ask us to tell you what data we process about you and for what purpose.
Right to rectification
If your data are inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct them.
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete them when we no longer have grounds to process them.
Right to restriction
You can have the processing suspended while you dispute the accuracy of the data or whether the processing is lawful.
Right to object
You can object to processing that is based on our legitimate interest. We will then stop it, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
Right to portability
You can receive your data in a file and pass them to another controller.
Right to complain
You can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia.
